The dad is legit hilarious. 5 stars. Sexy Cannibals!!!
With dialogue, characters, and a plot line seemingly written by an edgy fifteen-year-old, Dead Shack is a cringeworthy trek through a tired concept with facepalm-worthy decisions that leave you not on the edge of your seat, but leant back with your arms folded, eyeballs rolling so hard they bounce out of your head and roll under the sofa.
If you like The Cobwebs Channel on You tube, This is one Daniel would dig. Teens played by teens. Likeable characters. Genuinely funny dialog. Good Cinematography. Gory but not off-puttingly so. Overall it's a blast.
Very good and very funny. From start to finish the movie was so funny. Hate that the dad died.
I really wanted to like this more, but it was too cringy. I appreciated the attempts at humor in such a horrifying situation, but that’s all this film was able to successfully deliver. Oh, also the kids and dad were entertaining. Overall, a good effort, but it just doesn’t satisfy.
